Since inspection, idea’s vision has been to become the Nigerian’s reference of event management excellence. Today, it has expanded globally and is recognized as a premium event management organization with an unrivaled eye for details, creating spectacular experiences one event at a time. Our team of professionals ensures that every event is unique in its own way. Every brief is executed with utmost attention to details, exceeding client’s imagination. Event Management

We plan and organize promotional business and social events. We take charge of running a range of events, ensuring the target audience is fully engaged and the message of events marketed properly.

We play a huge role in the success of a brand or an organization. As an event manager, we can organize conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, as well as parties and corporate incentive trips. We will manage the whole process of the event, starting from the planning stage right through to the running of the event and carrying out post-event evaluation.

We manage all procurement, identifying and screening suppliers to secure favorable terms, monitor performance, and ensure all contractual obligations are met

As your event manager, we will
  • Liaise with clients to find out the exact event requirements.
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (including timeliness, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire professionals.
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics, for example, venue catering travel,
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event,
  • Supervise all pre-event planning, organize guest speakers, and delegate parts.
  • Coordinate suppliers, resolve client queries and troubleshoot on the day of event to ensure all activities run smoothly according to budget.
  • Manage a team of staff giving full briefings.
  • Organize facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality, and the media.
  • Strictly ensure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed.
  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and efficiently clear the venue.
  • Produce post-event evaluation to inform the future events.
  • Research opportunities for new clients and events.
